DO YOU PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL? 

The short answer is no. Due to North Carolina liquor laws, we cannot legally buy or sell alcohol. Which sounds weird but all this means is, you provide the alcohol and we come in and serve it! Saving you money by buying it yourself! We provide you with an alcohol shopping guide so you know exactly what to purchase for your entire bar menu and we take care of the rest!


HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT/HOW MUCH ALCOHOL TO BUY?

During our menu consultation we’ll help you calculate the amount of alcohol you’ll need for your event based on guest count and hours of service. Then based on your menu selections we’ll send you out with a shopping list for everything we’ll need to make your drinks on your big day.


DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

We sure do! We carry both liquor liability insurance and general liability insurance. Additionally, we require all of our bar staff to be TIPS alcohol training certified.


WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

Our home base is a little north of Charlotte, NC in the beautiful Lake Norman area. We include travel within fifty miles of our location into all packages. Anything beyond that is priced on an individual basis, and we will be glad to give you a quote!


WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CAMPER BAR?

We’ll need a flat and level open space of about 12 feet long x 7 feet wide to comfortably fit the bar plus a little more wiggle room for your guests to mingle. If you’re unsure of the location you have in mind- we can scope out the area and come up with a game plan to make it work! Don’t hesitate ta shoot us any questions!


I ALREADY RENTED A BAR. CAN Y’ALL BARTEND FROM IT?

Of course! Wherever there is a bar, we can tend it.  Our staff of amazing bartenders, all with hospitality backgrounds are ready to show up and treat that bar like it’s one of our own. We still offer all the same specialty cocktail services for a different rental bar or your venues bar!


DO YOU SERVE NON-ALCOHOLIC OPTIONS?

Yeah! You can customize any package to include the addition of Fresh squeezed lemonade, sweet/un-sweet teas, bottled cheerwine, La Croix, whatever you can think of. We love to come up with creative solutions for all those not partaking in alcohol, so we offer a variety of “Mocktail” options that can be added to any package. All the DD’s out there deserve fancy drinks too!


I WANT TO MAKE SURE I LIKE THE DRINKS BEFORE MY EVENT..

So do we! All of our packages include a cocktail tasting and menu consultation prior to your event to make sure your menu is exactly what you’re looking for. During this time we’ll get to know each other (Hey, new BFF!) and it helps us understand exactly what you expect from our services and how we can make your big day as stress-free and fun as possible. 


DO YOU HAVE A RAIN DATE POLICY?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate rain dates due to the nature of advanced booking.  In the situation of inclement weather, it is ultimately the hosts responsibility to arrange for a tent to cover the bar, but we will gladly work with your preferred rental company to find the appropriate size.


WHAT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE MY DATE?

A 50% deposit and signed contract.
